Ensure services， food presentation and cleanliness are up to guest satisfaction and standard - Liaise closely with the Head Chef on food quality or presentation - Handle guests' comments and complaints and take immediate corrective actions if needed - Responsible for colleagues scheduling， briefing， performance reviews， recruitment， training & development and related issues - Responsible for budget plan， cost control， sales and revenue - Ensure high standards of food and personal hygiene - Identify the problems encountered in operations， analyze the problems and provide advice and recommendation to management to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the operation     Requirements: - Diploma in Hotel / Catering Management or related disciplines - A minimum of 10 years’ working experience in F&B operations of which 5 years at managerial level - Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients independently - Strong leadership and interpersonal skill - Analytical， self-motivated， well-organized， able to work under pressure - Excellent command of written and spoken English ， Chinese  and  Mandarin is preferable

  職責: - 協助主宰惩办餐廳日常營運 - 纯熟POS點餐系統操作(包括收款及埋數次第)       入職条件: - 中五或以上进程 - 邃密粵語及讀寫中语，一般闲居話及英語 - 具旅馆餐飲、西餐廳、咖啡室經驗，以及略懂讀寫英文和電腦文書操作家優先 - 需輪班及輪休

 

- 中三或以上进程 - 一年或以上旅馆、西餐廳經驗優先考慮 - 能操流利粵語，一般闲居話及英語 - 需輪班责任 - 如有較多經驗者可考慮申請部長

 

- 負責飯堂、水吧及送餐上病房等责任 - 中三或以上进程 - 一年或以上相關责任經驗 - 能操流利粵語、闲居話及略懂英語 - 需輪班责任

 

  職責: - 接聽病房訂餐來電，介紹餐廳食物，為顧客落餐單 - 需兼任飯堂收銀員责任，負責日常收款，開單及埋數次第 - 纯熟POS操作       入職条件: - 中五或以上进程 - 一年或以上相關责任經驗 - 邃密顧客服務手段 - 能操流利粵語，一般闲居話及英語 - 有餐飲業經驗者優先考慮 - 需輪班责任

 

- 上病房相聚餐具，處理洗碗及廚房清潔 - 小六或以上进程 - 有清潔责任經驗優先考慮 - 需輪班责任
